ATLASCAN Max

Portable 3D scanner for dimensional surveying and three-dimensional reconstruction of surfaces and products: ceramic tiles, bricks, sanitaryware and tableware.

Multi-line blue laser technology captures up to 3,000,000 points per second, with an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm, and produces a point cloud or mesh of the component.

Scanned surfaces are compared with a reference plane or model, and deviations are displayed as colour maps to assess flatness and deformation.

Three scanning modes (Standard, Fine and Line) make it possible to measure large surfaces as well as high-resolution details and hard-to-reach areas.

Technical features

  1. Multi-line blue laser technology for high-density point acquisition. Three scanning modes: Standard for large surfaces, Fine for high-resolution details and Line for hard-to-reach areas.
  2. Combination of acquired data from different scanning modes into a single point cloud or mesh.
  3. Three-dimensional reconstruction of scanned surfaces and comparison with a reference plane or model.
  4. Deviation visualisation using colour maps in the analysis software.
  5. Dynamic handheld scanning with targets applied to the component.
  6. Customisable measurement programs to suit specific application requirements.
  7. Data export in .stl, .ply, .obj, .txt, .xyz and .asc formats.
