THICKNESS LINE MLS

Equipment for the surveys, controls and data handling of thickness, to directly apply on the productive line. The system is characterized by three pairs of opposed laser sensors (telemeters) whose measurements are algebraically added to determine, point by point, the actual thickness of the product (excluding, in fact, the curvatures).   The three pairs continuously determine the thickness in three positions (usually on the right, in the middle and on the left); the data collected are collected and processed by a complex hardware system and displayed on a special Touch Screen; everything can be connected to the central company system.   The standard version shows in the management screen, the minimum and maximum thickness and their difference detected by the three sensor pairs; the average value of the minimum and maximums of all the measures; the difference between the values measured by the three left-center-right pairs, as well as alarms related to the programmed settings ( concerning standard requirements, compliance with Company requirements, etc.) that are visualized by changing the color (from green to red, depending if the measurements detected are or not within the setted parameters)
